I don't know anyone that loves sweet things as much as I do.

 

Having said that, I always make sure to keep a balance diet, eating small portions of them  and combining with a wholesome daily regime.    Making my own treats gives me the power of deciding what goes in and the reassuance of knowing they  are all made with natural and nourishing  ingredients, and the final flavours  are just to die for!
